Tracy Andrus Consulting (TAC) specializes in assisting colleges and universities with developing and implementing Second Chance Pell programs.

What We Do

  • Help the colleges and universities understand the dynamics of the second chance Pell program and the potential it has to provide value to the institution and the clients

    (returning citizens) that it serves.

  • TAC will assist colleges and universities with establishing its brand and blueprint in the

    institutions that it plans on operating in.

  • TAC will assist colleges and universities with recruiting, enrolling, and financial aid.

  • TAC will assist colleges and universities with the implementation of best practices for

    registering, scheduling, advising, and matriculating SCP students in the program.

  • TAC will assist institutions and colleges with budgeting and acquiring new technology for

    the students in the program.

  • TAC will assist colleges and institutions with negotiating contracts with the department of corrections including negotiating space allocation and usage of technology in the penal institutions.

What You Can Expect

TAC will help colleges and universities to better serve the students they serve in the Second Chance Pell Program by identifying improvements to the organization’s operational efficiency and performance. TAC has demonstrated business acumen and experience optimizing strategies for institutions of higher education.

  • TAC will assist institutions with their prospectus to their regional accreditor

  • TAC will assist institutions with securing space at the facilities/institutions they intend to offer their programs

  • TAC will assist its clients with offering cohorts that require a minimum amount of faculty/adjuncts

  • TAC will assist its clients with negotiating technology contracts for academic tablets and hardware used to facilitate learning at the institutions

  • TAC will assist colleges and universities with increasing their enrollments of second chance Pell students.

  • TAC will pitch conflict resolution strategies to clients to ensure the smooth operation of its programs

  • TAC will assist with overseeing the implementation of recommended strategies for its clients

  • TAC will work with executive-level (Presidents/Provosts/VPs/Deans/Directors) clients to develop sound business plans for their Second Chance Pell Programs

  • TAC will serve as the lead liaison between academic institutions and correctional

    facilities when necessary.

1. TAC will assist its clients with remaining compliant with their contracts with the U.S. Department of Education while ensuring maximum profitability, and low-risk mitigation.

2. In addition to conducting the necessary research needed to offer the maximum benefit to its clients, TAC will also be responsible for assisting with the drafting of contracts, reviewing briefs, and conducting negotiations on the client’s behalf.

Rates For Services

While consulting fees vary based on the needs of each institution, TAC will provide the services above to its clients for a flat fee of $3500 per month.

  • Institutions with less than 100 students in their projected enrollment will pay $2500 per month

  • Institutions with projected enrollments between 100-200 students will pay 3500.00 per month

  • Institutions with projected enrollments of 200-300 students will pay 4500.00 per month

  • Institutions with projected enrollments of 300-400 students will pay 5500.00 per month

  • Institutions with projected enrollments of 400-500 students will pay 6500.00 per month

  • Institutions with projected enrollments of 500 or more students will pay 7500 per month.

TAC Target Assurance Statement:

Tracy Andrus Consulting will work diligently to ensure that its clients are successful in reaching their target enrollments within a certain period. TAC will work hard to ensure that each client’s program operates smoothly. To be successful in rolling out the SCP programs, TAC expects each institution to provide the recommended resources to ensure that implementations are timely and effective.

Tracy Andrus Consulting Exclusive Disclaimer Regarding Travel:

Tracy Andrus Consulting (TAC) Will commit to traveling on an as needed

basis, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. When necessary, TAC

will travel to the client’s location. All travel fees, hotel, and per diem must be paid for

in advance. Requests to travel must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.

  • TAC will travel a maximum of 3 days in a six-month period for an individual client when necessary.

  • Any other requested travel will require additional compensation for clients who are on a month-to-month contract.

  • During periods of high infection rates of covid, TAC will not travel.

  • When possible, TAC prefers to conduct business electronically via zoom, google meeting, skype, or other videoconferencing platforms
